Memories (1996)

Memories swirl around Anne's head. In the centre of the painting is the shape of Anne's head depicted as a mass of dark colours. Swirling from this shape are scenes of camp inmates, camp huts and posts which jut. Around this lies the railway track and stairs. As the colours spread towards the edges of the painting, they become lighter with memories of the house, the bedroom, the chestnut tree with blue sky.
